  • Arco v. Aetna, Los Angeles Superior Court, successfully defended $1.1 billion dollar dispute over liability for environmental cleanup.

 

  • In re RPS Bond Litigation, United States District Court, successfully defended bond underwriter in $31 million dollar bond municipal bond transaction.
